Really shitty slow as fuck buffering video service you can't even scan through videos with without paying for premium. It sucks all kinds of dicks and is mainly used by NEETs and as a hosting site for advertising streams for shit targetted at NEETs.

Basically like one guy said like twitch only way fucking shittier. I avoid it any time there's any sort of alternative like say Japanese Youtube as I prefer to be able watch videos I request at a buffering speed that doesn't exceed the length of the video threefold on average.

What's cool about it is when you add that japanese account, you can keep the settings at the region you normally use and still use whatever apps you get from the jap eshop. Like Nico Nico for example.

The news sections will update with all the news from japan as well. Including some Arino videos and those weird Cat Mario and Peach shows. None are subbed though. No need for switching regions for that either.
