Do you like it?

I don't understand why people love battle royale. It's a complete coin toss if you do well in any given match thanks to the randomized loot placement and generation, and due to the size of the play area, encounters are rare until way later into the match, at which point it devolves into a "who is forced out of hiding by the shrinking boundary first" fest.

I hate modern PC gaming.

I haven't played a battle royale before this, but always wanted to. This seemed the best one to try it.
I love it, both solo and with friends.
