For those of us that didn't capitalize on the additional discount glitches and free guitars, what did you buy?
Not vidya.
>>383701803
I started cramming everything into my cart that I could during the glitches at the beginning of the sale and got 9 PS4 games for ~$90 out of it, and I also bought the new Hitman.
>>383702217
Have they shipped yet? I feel for those people that did the same, and haven't received a single email regarding their status.
I bought Hitman, Injustice 2, and the improved version of Dark Souls III.
>>383701803
Cables, lots of cables, you can never have enough cables
>>383701803
Router, printer ink, andWatchdogs 2.
Was thinking of getting Nioh as well but I'll wait for a better sale on it
Only vidya related thing I got was another dualshock 4 (why is the build quality on these things so shit? I've gone through at least one for every year I've had my ps4, meanwhile my ds3 is stilll working fine) .
Non-vidya purchases were a new usb charger, some new solar garden lights to replace the ones the summer heat has killed, and a couple dozen kindle anthologies.
>>383702460
>Have they shipped yet?
Yes, all of them have already shipped.
I bought a new valve for the sprinkler system and a couple air filters.
Yay..
>>383703025
>adulthood
Don't you have taxes to do and baby diapers to change?
Disgusting
>>383703163
MY wife changed the diapers most of the time.
>>383702217
Glitches?
I honestly don't even bother looking at Amazon sales any more.
>>383703567
If you added multiple items to your cart all the discounts one one item would be applied to the other items.
gf bought me a 250gb evo ssd
>>383703567
At the beginning of the sale, people started realizing that for some reason the price at check-out was receiving additional discounts that weren't meant to be part of the sale.
For example, Crash Trilogy was MEANT to be like $30 on a Lightning Deal. I got it for $6.64.
>>383703163
I do do my taxes. I don't have a baby, but I do have a dog!
Would you pet her? y/n
I'm expecting Amazon to retroactively charge people, they put a clause for that into their ToS this past year.
>>383703873
Hell yeah.
I bought some discounted anime but no games. I have a huge backlog already.
>>383703761
>>383703850
bruh, i should have tracked the prime day threads better. Oh well
>>383703873
Of course, I would, she's adorable.
>>383703925
They could try but they'd get sued like a motherfucker and lose a lot of PR since they're known for having good customer service.
You can't just decide to charge somebody more because you fucked up. They can cancel it but they can't just tack on new costs.
>>383703873
No. Seems to coddled as is_
>>383704039
Don't feel to bad, I was off being autistic in subnautica and missed it too.
>amazon now has a same day delivery.
>they now use their own people with their own cars to deliver packages now this way
>none of the people have any kind of identifying marks that would even say they're from amazon at all.
>order something on amazon
>doesn't ship until the day before even though I hit 2 day
>shows up at 9 o'clock at night with some terrorist mother fucker screaming at my door "SIR YOUR PACKAGE. SIR, SIR"
this is why I don't use amazon anymore.
Absolutely nothing, Prime Day was shit this year, as it was last year and the year before.
>>383704039
>>383704342
Was at the movies because I expected the deals to be shit and the stuff I was waiting for wouldn't be on sale for a couple hours after the beginning
>>383704397
This.
They always hype this shit up so much and then you get nothing but shitty discounts on products that go on sale every day anyway because no one would ever buy that trash.
>>383703873
cute dog
>>383704375
Shit man even before one day delivery some of the smaller shipping companies did shit like that
>living in crappy neighborhood because poorfag
>just passed 10pm
>dark, beat to shit van pulls into my driveway
>very large black man gets out and approaches my door
and that's how my 3rd ed d&d core rulebooks got to me.
>>383704868
y-you too...
>>383704375
wELP
>>383704375
That happened to me too. I just stick with the free two day shipping or the standard 4-5 days. That one experience was enough to not do same day shipping ever again.
Tekken 7, Rainbow Six Siege (PS4), a Water Pik, and some other small things
>>383701803
Some socks and a USB sound bar for my TV. All the vidya I wanted to go on sale didn't. And the ones I did had a PC port I already pirated.
>>383704397
First year they introduced it was nothing but canned cat food and toilet paper.
This year I bought the new 3ds xl galaxy... I probably could've bought a refurb from Nintendo for $160, but since I got a $100 gift card and I was jonesin. That's where my money went.
>>383704375
Why is it that poos and terrorists yell sir repeatedly when trying to get you to do something
>>383705336
thing is even when I do 2 day now its still shipped by amazon. I wish I could have a choice and just have it shipped by USPS or UPS or even fedex
>>383706071
They don't offer those options. Just home address or the Amazon Locker address. I wish they did offer which carrier you prefer.
>>383704375
There's someone that delivers packages to me on a golf cart sometimes, but it's for two day shipping. I think they're part of the actual Post Office, though. I started noticing this happening when Amazon used USPS more in recent times, and it's only for packages that won't fit in the mail box, otherwise they're stuffed in there.
>>383704884
>and that's how my 3rd ed d&d core rulebooks got to me.
>>383702662
You're either a rage baby or literally the most unlucky person every. My dualshock 4s have never given me issue
>>383703925
Then you dispute the charge with your credit card and get the refund you deserve.
>>383704375
That's pretty shitty that Amazon is abusing their employees like that. Once you leave the facility you're off the clock. It's not their job to go out of their way on their way home to bring you stuff. I didn't know this, but fuck Amazon. Glad I don't deal with them much anymore.
>>383705510
>canned cat food
Oh shit, I remember that now. You're not even joking.
>>383705565
Because they know white guys will give them a hard time. Like we are right now.
>>383708232
lo what?
You do realize those people are delivery drivers that are allowed to use their cars.
They're not warehouse workers that are just taking things out for delivery before heading home
>>383708938
they should atleast have shirts saying they're from amazon. they just look like random people coming to your house in the middle of the night.
All I want is yoshi wooley world3ds alien isolation, and maybe Mario maker 3ds. But none of those were part of prime day on my birthday :(
>>383709551
>mario maker 3ds
literally no point.
SC II: Legacy of the Void PC Download code for Free (after $9 in No-Rush bucks) and a $25 GC w/ a $5 certificate.
So technically I cost them money.
>>383701803
Free guitars? Which guitars were free?
