I'd say Alucard for two reasons. The first being at the end of the match he was able to easily heal his wounds, even with being hit with the sanctified whip multiple times, and sliced/stabbed. So at any point in time Alucard could simply just heal himself.

Second, Trevor fucking tried to nut shot the guy. The fact you even have to resort to that in ANY fair fight is total bitch move status. Unless you have multiple people fighting you at once resorting to such a cheap bitch tactic loses any "Winning" status. Also, staking a vampire from different sources either kill the vampire, or put's it in stasis. Rendering them basically paralyzed. There's a chance Alucard wouldn't be outright dead, unlike Trevor would have been. So by technicality paralysis>death because at least someone could take the stake back out at some point.
