I literally borrowed a friend's PS4 and bought the game

It is really good but it is not the MAX GOAT as /v/ says it it, i find it to be in the same levels of DaS3 regarding general quality

Also the number of i-frames in this game makes it really easy, specially if you have played a soulsborne games before

Truth. MGS3 is such shit. It slowed down the gameplay to the point where it feels like poor mans splinter cell. The story is also retarded. You can come up with all the excuses in the book but a 300 pound Russian man who can shoot lightning out of his fists being afraid of a 150 pound woman whose only power is knowing a judo flip or two is fucking retarded.

ive played most of the tales of games, vesperia is easily one of the best. story, characters, combat, minigames and sidequests, vesperia has it all. Subjectively the best, objectively not overrated at all.

The english patch works on 3.55 CFW and 4.81 Rebug CFW. Don't have to import the game, pirated copies work too. However if you download the prepatch version then make sure the trophy file is unpatched or else you won't be able to unlock trophies or NG+

Aside from the 2 new characters the content is not that good, and you only get Flynn for a handful of dungeons until the end, maybe 20% of the game. The rest is boring shit dungeons.

I downgraded my PS3 just so I can play it in English and use homebrew. E3 flasher was the simplest method for me, but if you're too scared to open your PS3 then pay someone else do it. There's plenty of console repair/mod shops online and in real life that offer downgrading.

So you like shitty dungeon design that's just a step above Berseria's godawful dungeons, every character besides Yuri playing like shit for the first 3/4 of the game, a very limited combat system until around Zaude whose only saving grace is that free run cancels make the combat slightly bearable until you start getting super chain skills, and the underdeveloped story that shits itself in the 3rd arc. While I may like Berseria more than Vesperia at least I'm willing to recognize it's many flaws.

E3 Flashers work on slims and any NOR chip fats, except for the 3xxx slim models. Those 3xxx models come with 3.56+ firmware so you can't downgrade to 3.55

Beware that some 2xxx models are unsafe. To make sure yours is compatible, google up a file called ps3 minimum version checker. you put it on a USB and when you try to update via USB on PS3, it will give you a error stating which firmware your PS3 came with. If it's 3.55 or less then E3 flasher will work. If higher then you're out of luck.
