If not, you should go light on the respec and just try out acquired tolerance + heightened tolerance, having 3 decoctions active at a time, activate the euphoria mutation, and just see how much fucking damage you do
If you already know how alchemy builds work, you should get the blade oil skills for the insane criticals and poison damage that scales with enemy health

However, it's so easy to respec here that it's really not a problem to just try something out. I ran a pure blue build for the most time, then tried out a pure red build. At some point I simply realized that most of the red skills I had were kinda pointless so I switched them out for those general-purpose green skills, and the result was amazing
I mean, acquired tolerance is a tier 1 skill with 3 skill points and it gives you max toxicity based on how many recipes you found, it'd be criminal not to use this in the endgame
