Is it worth playing through the first two Fallout games? I've been trying to get into Fallout 1 but I'm finding it hard to really get lost in. Should I just finish it? Or just stick to the FPS games?

No, they're ridiculously bad.

There are far better RPGs from that era anyway, like Planescape Torment. Not to mention how only a few builds actually work.
