Most games will probably have a low resolution and 30 fps because they will be for mobile devices. There probably won't be any 'real games' for PC or any home consoles if such still exist, just VR stuff with no narrative structure or unique mechanics.

20 years ago, not many expected us to have a single device so soon that's smaller than most people's hands that would be able to take on the roles of tens if not hundreds of devices that used to be (and still are in some cases, like the portable gaming system and graphing calculator) separate devices.
