Not wrong, it's just disappointing that we won't be getting a Darkstalkers 4 while there's probably going to be Ultra Street Fighter 5: Tournament Edition within the next two years or so. It has great character designs, a cool aesthetic that would be cool to see represented in 2.5D or 3D, and a potentially more interesting and mature story than what SF has to offer.

Maybe the mature themes of the series itself are holding it back? Like, Jedah couldn't EXIST in a modern Capcom fighter because like 90% of his moveset would have to be removed and changed.

I don't even mechanics wise, but just purely on aesthetics, cause man those sprites still look amazing. Phobos has to be one of the best fighting game characters designed desu.
