food is complex. you need a varied diet in order to get all the proper nutrients you need in order to be a fit human being. if you eat the same shit every day you'll get sick of it because your diet obviously isn't balanced. and if you don't get sick of eating the same thing every day, then good on you, /fit/fag.

water, however, is different. when you eat food, you're consuming a shitton of different macronutrients that your body needs all of. when you drink any beverage, all you're doing is getting water in different forms.
