can't help you on the atmosphere. it's supposed to be that way. as for the time limitx don't stress too much over sidequests, you really only need to worry about your main quest. Also read your letters asap in the morning because they tell you who to talk to. If someone's house is not far out of your way, you can pop in and talk to see if they have a sidequest for you.

Remake release when?

Playing the Bachelor as a night stalking vigilante is fun as hell but kind of breaks the game because you'll be able to trade your piles of knives and shit for all the supplies and food you could ever need.

I'm currently on day six of the Bachelor, and while I do like it, there's a noticeable lack now of the neat philosophical dialogue that drew me into the game during the first couple of days. Does it return at all?

Do you guys have any tips for The Void?

I was already at the 5th cycle, I think, when the Brothers appear on the map. But when I try to wait for them to reach that golden chamber so I can see them, I end up dying because I have no color left and I had already taken the color from all the available chambers and gardens. Is there anything I could do or any tips if I need to start over?

So the devs have said that Pathologic is a story about "three ideologies and worldviews clashing". The bachelor's is obviously cold, scientific, rationality, but what are the Haruspex's and Changeling's worldviews?

Can somebody explain the last ending of The Marble Nest Demo? The one where the Bachelor asks the Executioner what rules they're playing by, and then the Executioner asks what he's going to do with his life? What does this mean?

Yes.
I think it's like two hours per day, but time freezes in dialogue.

First time I tried to play this I got some weird graphical bugs and ended up uninstalling, since this game always seemed interesting I think it's worth giving it another shot.
