Really fucking bad. The story actually seemed interesting but holy FUCK the cars are slow. All the side missions involve a stupid amount of driving and all the cars are so fucking slow. There's no fast travel so have fun slowly driving around everyfuckingwhere.

Great story and characters (best bros in gaming desu), awful format. It will forever be a great example of how open world fucks everything up.
Game would have been phenomenal in a linear format.

Game was mediocre at best, garbage at worst. Sky looked awful, mirrors didn't work, main character was just a rage machine puppet for a government man that had no relation to any sort of Mafia except the one that got destroyed.

Overall just a pretty shit kind of game, only redeeming factor is the cutscenes, but that's really it, you can watch those on the internet.

If you want a Mafia with fun gameplay and a good story, stick to Mafia II.
