Step aside, kid.
What's a villain sue
Who's he suing? The chosen undead?

villain sue = mary sue villain
when the villain basically is ridiculously OP/has stupid amounts of plot armor.
like say, a villain that is killed and then brings himself back to life and merges with the entire universe somehow becoming stronger than ever and completely invincible with no real explanation (from an anime)
or a villain who claims that the hero's attacks can't kill him who is then beheaded by that same hero and comes back to life in a new form saying "see? I told you your attacks can't kill me!"

Nadine in Uncharted 4, definitely
are there any games where you get sued by the villain?
Gael was going mad and maybe he would have either go completely hollow and lay around or dissapear since there aren't many Dark Souls around no more.
Also he wasn't Unkindled and that was too much power to bear.

Ace Attorney maybe?`
That seems like a series where at some point you are the one who stands on trial because the villains sue you
