His ice projectile only freezes after a meter burn because the meter burns are almost always needed for a special move to create a combo.

Has anyone figured out who the rest of the characters are? Obviously atom and black manta but some of the others were speculated to be mera and azrael

They couldn't be bothered to get any of the VAs back in the studio to record some lines for DLC characters? The reused dialogue sounds really cringy. It was even terrible in vanilla.
