I stopped playing because each area was too spaced from the one previous. You do all this shit in the past and it barely affects the future. Then you lose the main tank because muh gypsy pussy.

I see the appeal but it's just too bland. I'd rather play something more focused on boss fights like Atlus RPGs or something with ridiculous mechanics like Pokemon.

-poor writing for Kiefer and Aishe. the village stories are very good but the party is very weak. Maribel by far is the best written character and that's because she's completely rotten
-pacing is uneven especially Alltrades and Kiefer leaving. the game devolves into mashing attack for hours. there was some decision making in choosing heal or saving MP but that gets thrown out at a crucial time with a member leaving
-job system. the only time a job is useful is when its maxed, but then you would want to switch jobs

NPCs are spot on though.
