Can't fucking relate, I moved on to a good game. Namely, Paladins. Where there are constant balance patches every 2 weeks and ways to customize gameplay, not just cosmetics.

I bought the game in January, quit after 2 weeks. Five days ago I came back to it.

Yeah, Roadhog FUCKING SUCKS now. Like really, having a roadhog on your team is a huge liability. I hooked Tracers and they survived. That's how nerfed he is right now. He's pretty much useless and as a Lucio main I love playing around Roadhogs from the enemy team. I used to be scared to death of them now I laugh whenever I see one on the map.

I started playing Junkrat yesterday and I'm trying to get better at it. He's fun for chokepoints. That chinese tower map is a big playground for a Junkrat. Throw some traps on the control point, plant mines and shoot random projectiles without aiming and you get insta multikills.

No wonder people say Junkrat is for kids and noobs.

Backfilling for rage quitters sucks, especially when you come in and the game is almost over

Stopped playing and mostly just ERP as Mercy these days.

Because she's primarily about Support. All of Symmetras abilities are intended to support her teammates.

Photon Barrier offers a shield, Sentry Turrets have a slowing and distracting effect as well as giving away enemy positions if someone walks by or destroys them. Both ults are utility for her team as a whole.The only aspect of her kit that isn't a Supporting element is her primary and secondary fire, and even then a case could be made for secondary fire having significant use as a zoning tool.


Unlike Support-likes (such as Sombra and Torb), almost all of Symmetras kit is built around supporting.

In the case of Torbjorn the only directly Supporting ability he has is Armor packs. The intended goal of his turret is to put pressure on enemies that get within its area, making him a perfect fit for the Defense category - the common theme of Defense being area denial and control.

More of a case could be made for Sombra being a Support, but it's not really what her kit is designed to do. Her kit is about infiltration and shutting down key roles and positions for the enemy team to allow her team. Unlike most Offense characters her kit isn't designed for maximum lethality, but it is designed to maximize the lethality of her team. And ultimately that's what Offense is about - characters who are able to go in and get kills, Sombra is just unorthodox with it.

tl;dr - Symmetra's entire kit is about supporting her team, unlike Torbjorn/Sombra (the fringe case Supports) whose kits more accurately fit into Defense (area control) and Offense (securing kills).

4 new heroes in over a year is kinda slow, and 2(?) new maps only? Not to mention 2CP is a stupid game mode always that rarely shows which team was more skilled but rather which team can stall better.

Also my main (rip roadhog) got nerfed into oblivion and I've been forced to play Winston as a result, one of the least fun characters in the game. Do pretty well though.
