What are the essential NV mods for a "vanilla but better graphics and less bugs" playthrough? Particularly the draw distance.

Jokes aside, I bought in the hype and decided to buy NV for 3 buckos on Steam during this sale. The NV fanbase seemed to be nice fellows and that attracted me.
I am enjoying it, it surely is much better than F3 on almost every front, but it's a painfully awful game quality wise. Feels like Obsidian took the shit out of the mess that the previous game was and tried to make it better.
I also have to say I didn't expect it to be so easy, hopefully it will become more challenging later on. The enemy AI is also dumb as a fucking rock.

The call of the caps and equipment is just too strong. Managed to fix up a sniper rifle this time before it became too much

make sure you play hardcore mode
also some stuff to make it harder is jsawyer and vicious wastes, but even then the game isn't hard
i think the only way to make NV hard is to play dust
