Does this game have better lighting than GTA V? I swear, at some points during dawn and dusk the lighting is so cool

Depends. V was way too bleached for my liking, but looked good in the evenings. IV is kinda dark. It's supposed to be NY, though, so what do you expect?

I think Deal makes more sense story wise.
Niko realizes that Revenge won't solve anything and would just make him feel empty, after dealing with Darko.
Roman urges him to do the Deal and Niko feels he can trust his cousin's advice.
