The top right is the worst. The key does nothing then just add some meaningless steps. At least in a linear hallway they can have interesting linear gameplay scenarios
Your level design should be tailored to what type of game it is, not an absolute size fits all. For instance, the lower right and lower left are perfect for a battle arena in Mario Kart, but would be terrible if put into the top formats instead.
