What is that action RPG where you have a pet who can be instructed to head to town and sell your items? That is the best companion system ever invented.

I wish Bethesda open world games had a system like that, because they really could use it (and they already give you companions)

it was a stupid design flaw if you didn't get the DLC that brought the dog back.
If your dog died and stayed dead, then there were parts of the game you couldn't do that could only be done if you had the dog.
It seemed like an after thought to them when they made the Knothole Glade DLC, where you could bring your dead dog back to life.

also if you want to talk about RPG elements in an RPG maybe you should talk about the NO ARMOR and NO HEALTH parts of the game
