Shadow of the Serpent Riders is the complete version of Heretic with the expansion that has two(?) extra levels.

Deathkings of the Dark Citadel is the expansion of Hexen and is standalone in steam.

The expansions are harder than the main games so I suggest you play the main games first.
Also the port in Steam is wonky as shit. I suggest you to look elsewhere for a better emulator, specially one that allows you to use your mouse freely instead of pure keyboard.

Has anyone beat Heretic 2 on the hardest difficulty? I can't take the first boss, I run out of mana and hellstaff way before he's even close to dying, and I can't keep dodging the homing bullshit laser.
