The only bad thing about this game is that the graphics looked like shit even at the time. The switch to full 3d was a mistake, the first game looks beautiful in comparison.

I'm interested in recreating the main gameplay but leaving the grab mechanic that Tomba has since it is a unique trait to him, I'll come up with another mechanic that has a nice feel to it like Tomba does.

I'm also interested in recreating the simple rpg mechanics and the events the game has, a lot of it is fun in exploring and figuring out how to complete them with a good reward system for completing them.

It's a well balanced game in terms of gameplay, artstyle, music, sounds and animation with some originality, it's why I love it so much everything about it is well done.

The fact that the incident did happen has led to far more conversation about the game than otherwise.

If you want pure tombi talk, use reddit, and I say that not as a joke. They have a subreddit for everything, and even though replies will probably be slow, it'll probably have less shitposting than here.
