I was told this game was harder than Blood Money, yet its way easier to mass kill everyone since you get fuck tone of assault bullets.

Also how come your cover gets blown randomly? Like for example you stealth kill someone and hide their body in a place the npc's never go to and then take their clothes and when you go out without even doing shit your cover gets blown

disguises aren't perfect getaway mechanic in the older games. it's basically take the outfit but still stick to the shadows.
