Its 2017 and this is still happening. Nintendo's excuse for not trying to be a pc like Sony and Microsoft is that they want to focus on the experience. Yet they compromise image quality and still can't make a game run at 1080 60fps. The hub is 1080 and runs at 30. The single player is all over the place and I'm sure online will stay at the 864 with massive drops anytime a bunch of people start killing each other in close range, which is basically the entire game.

It's not even occasional, Digital foundry said they never found a drop, but proceeded to show 1 single drop
