Baldurs Gate 2 character writing was shit, but the story was serviceable. Eventually they got both areas kind of worked out only to realize that waifu fags were profitable. THen the story writing went to shit while the character writing became okay and in the end both became shit because they ended up pandering so hard with so little effort put in.
