I started playing this recently to revive childhood memories
How the fuck are you supposed to play this with no guide.
I really like the exploring aspect and collecting a couple of Items throughout the world.But It seems the devs missed out showing some other stats that would tell your digimon is tired or about to die and its really frusterating.
I spent hours upon hours trying to digievolve to an ultimate and my creature always ends up dying before the 15th day. This is probably one of the most frusterating JRPGs in existence.
I discretely remember only beating this using game shark and a couple of game faqs guides0

That's what I tried doing the past few hours.
Apparently training sessions actually lower the little bastards lifespan if you over train them.
