Kowloon was so cool. I'm not sure if there's a realistic cyberpunk game but Shadowrun for the SNES or Genesis (completely different games but both are worth playing) and the Blade Runner game on PC are good.

is a neat little watch about Kowloon if you don't mind the subs.
I like how inside it was always perpetual night. The living conditions were godawful and drugs and triads errywhere but it still looked pretty rad.
