Maybe. I got 30 fps with e7500 and a gt 440 1gb(overclocked) on max, except for shadows and 45 fps with tweaked settings.

It's a very well optimized pc port. Here it is running on the same processor with just 2 gigs of DDR2 RAM on ultra. There's a videocard from 2011 with their build but I don't see how it wouldn't work on low settings.

Normally I would say there's no way in hell, but MgsV is one of the best optimized games out there, so there's a chance.
