This months update is going to have some first person improvements. No details yet, but I would hope a fucking FOV SLIDER at the very least. A fucking intern could knock that out during their lunch break. No excuse for it to not be in game yet. But I would hope also a mode for it, so I can finally play this game again.

Show the location of final circle at the beginning of the game.
I think it would take away a lot of the randomness regarding the circles.
You could make a conscious decision to land near the final circle and try your luck in the big scramble or spawn away from it and be able to loot up in peace.

You get points at the end of every match. Those points can buy an appearance do over, name change, or loot crates that have new clothes (purely cosmetic, no armor, straps, weapons, etc), backpack skins, and parachute colors.

It's client side and easily desync'd for any number of reasons. If you are staring at a wall and someone shoots it from behind and at the wall in front of you, it's not uncommon to completely not hear one of the audio cues or hear it from the wrong direction. You just have to "feel" it after awhile. Learning the map helps a lot too.

What happens next really doesn't matter. I might have just waited out the rest of the match in that house thinking about what wild animals become of PUBG's contestants, I might have gone on to mow down the final 4 in a blaze of glory. But I walked away from that game with more impact than 20 years of gaming has ever had to offer. For that reason, I play Player Unknown's Battlegrounds.
