I don't know if Yuzu was ever really part of the Night Blade. Seth definitely was since Kuon gave him Eliminator, but Yuzu's family could've left before she was old enough to be considered such. Also Wald was a member before everything went to shit, he just had to betray the Licht Kreis after all. Everything that happened had to be pretty recent now that I think about it, considering how young Seth is.

Yuzuriha descends from a line that had their roots with the Yato but broke away from their traditions and left on their own. Well, because of the experiments he went through, Kuon's body naturally doesn't age. He became truly immortal later on. You do need a lot of Existence to become a Rebirth, but Existence is theoretically a part of everything, you just can't harvest it in large quantities like you can during the Night.
