Easily Rondo of Blood. I enjoyed playing as more than one character, Richter is badass, and the incentive to replay stages to see everything was a nice touch.
Harmony of Despair is a very close second. It was nice to play a Castlevania with either friends or just random people I met through the game, and it was really fun to just fuck around while chatting. I really hope they make another.
