You procure the entirety of the Earth's wealth, resources, and labor into creating a 3D molded moving landscape that your brain can be uploaded into.

87% of the worlds population starve (the other 23% were able to survive the games development through cannibalization after the food ran out) but you become jack in a world where you get real life movement that is pushed to beyond the limit of human cabilities of supernatural swordsmanship in a dystopic fantasty world.

Meanwhile outside Your mother looks at your limp body through the glass connected to the system screaming "AKUUUUUU!" aloud until the fog from your breath obscures your face.

She sighs as your little sister she ate yesterday to continue adjusting balance updates to the new beetlebots is not longer sating her hunger as she feels the weakness to move coming on.

The game lets you go the entirety of 52 years of Samurai Jack's life, including those that were never in the original game! To accomadate this, the remaining population had their sperm and eggs havested to continue creating a maintenance crew to assure the game continues to constantly update in difficulty, fun, and new/interesting mechanics/enemies/levels as you live out those 50 years in real time. All the while the original population that provided all this genetic material for your generation of dev slaves are mashed to bit and converted into an efficient and healthy paste that is fed into your real world body's IV and feeding tube to assure no complications happen as you play.

Finally when you complete the game and see ashi die, you are awakened to the DLC of the real dystopic future your development of this game has made, and can then go about your way continuing to pretend to be Samurai Jack as the hordes of artificially inseminated masses hunt you down for throwing their world into this chaos.

The masses have named themselves Aku in rebellion, and only you can stop them!

It's an open world hack-n-slash where every episode, every beat and plot point from the original show, is a possible quest depending on where you go.

The game ends in an alternate timeline scenario, where Jack can in fact defeat Aku pre-timeskip in some grand, final encounter.
