Vice City is due a turn, and the original map is so small that they could expand so much on it.

Chicago would be cool. Huge sprawling downtown area with skyscrapers, fucked up violent ghettos, drugs and guns everywhere. A miles and miles long beach, Chinatown, every different minority group on earth, interesting architecture everywhere, Old school mafia ties, creepy woods and farmland just outside of the Chicago area.
