Yeah i did back in the day, hell i remember waiting outside Ebgames when i was 13 for Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, but i found that game to be too much of a deviation from what Banjo was.

Disregard anyone who says "well if you liked OLD RARE PLATFORMER" because this wasn't even made by the same people. As in Playtonic is 90% artists + Kirkhope who did a half-assed job. It's inferior to Kazooie, Tooie, and DK64 simply because it has no idea what it wants to be so it poorly copies all three.

OP here, i mean, looking at the characters, im not sure if they would grow on me, i mean and lizard and a bat? But thats one of the reasons i will probably get it, old rare platformer, only negative shit i have seen on reviews has been "Muh camera angle"

I recently bought the game and the camera angle may be annoying at some points but it is not nearly so bad like people make you think.
I think the biggest problem of this game is muh big open worlds. I prefer 8 smaller and compact world instead of 5 big ones.
Also fuck the casino level, what seemed to me the most fun world or at least interesting one turend out te be the most tedious one to explore.

It's just not good. There's a distinct lack of polish to the game and things just feel so out of place.

Even the charm is missing.

Here's an opinion from a more objective standpoint: the gameplay is top notch. It plays smoothly, has it's quirks, and is quite amusing. However it requires the same amount of willpower to go through as most classic games, only this time you haven't played it yet so there is no nostalgia.

It's a good game, if you have the patience to complete it. I found it better than BK in every aspect.
