So long as you cover your weaknesses with pawns you can do whatever the fuck you want. You won't have too much problem until the very end of BBI.

It can help to make your character as big as possible, so you have better range against flying enemies and such.

It's easy mode mostly in BBI, where Ricochet Shot rapes everything. Just don't spam that skill and the class is fine and fun as fuck.

For the regular game I'd say Ranger with Tenfold arrow spam is babby mode.

Pretty sure the last phase is you simply fighting him in the arena after he crash lands and you just finish him like all dragonkin, with damage to his heart. Zero climbing required unless your weapons have no reach.

Running into Drake early game unprepared is not indicative to how hard he is compared to Grigori. Grigori hits harder, has a harder to reach heart and more health. For all intents and purposes. Grigori is just a larger, beefier Drake but the fight is memorable due to the presentation and his lines which both serve as clues to the larger story throughout and his personality since he was an enigma for the entire game. He urges you on and tries to dissuade you all at the same time and in his death warns you of your own fate.
