Please help me guys. Everytime i try to play watch dogs on myXbox 360I get that "Failed to authorize disk". I tried reinstalling and cleaning the disk. I'm thinking that it might be the save file because the error never comes up on the menu but only comes when I walk for a while during gameplay. Please help me guys I can't refund it and I don't want all of that money to go wasted.

It only happens on specific games like watchdogs and Black ops 2. Never on minecraft or battleblock.
