Early parts of the rotation will be used to convert 3 Sen via Hagakure that you then use on Shinten inbetween GCD's, you will eventually end up with 3 Sen again but Hagakure will be on CD so you use Midare on that. Look it up, was posted two days ago. You end up doing around 5-10% less dps, but it would make you a hell of a lot more mobile in movement heavy trials.
That said, Fire IV rotations are much more consistent and you should be doing that most of the time.

Likely until either the game dies or they add all major jobs from all of FF, I doubt they will waste time adding one off jobs, really obscure ones or overlapping jobs. New jobs always refresh the fame despite the complaints since it brings in old and new players alike to to out the new toys.
