Love Live is 100% pure fucking skill. You can beat the hardest difficulty of songs without a single roll of the gacha if you're good enough.

Kingdom Hearts Unchained X is pretty good. It's awful tempting to buy jewels, but you can get hundreds of hours without spending a dime.

Yeah, has 3 characters which are unlocked after a while (well 4, but the 4th is a meme)

Burrito Bison functions like he did in previous games, but if he has enough altitude when he drops he has a 'free' slam in that he doesn't lose speed if he drops on the ground or a cop. The other two don't have this grace.

Pineapple spank has a grappling hook that yanks her down to gummies, and it prioritizes special ones if possible, which is great for when you're going too fast to react to them.

El Pollo has an upward glide that goes off before he slams down. I think he's also innately more bouncy

the 4th Character is just the Juicy Beast thing and combines all 3 characters into one. Unlocked doing some stupid shit.

The game differs from the second in that instead of using a shitty spinny timer thing to determine launch power, you pull yourself back and release when the boss reveals its weak point, which should be pretty obvious.

Emulators, Mario Run, Game Dev Story, Pixel Dungeon(and its various forks), and Terraria are all games that I've enjoyed on my phone.

Emulators, KOTOR, Xcom, Shadowrun games, FTL, and GTA 3/VC/SA are all games that I've enjoyed on my tablet(I do have a DS3 paired with my tablet so I don't know how some of these play without a controller)
