I play FFXIV and while i enjoy it i miss proper open world pvp and i heard WoW has a lot of lore and story. I like mmo's with story.
While i don't plan to switch to WoW full time, xiv is still my primary mmo, i'd like to play it for the story mode and open world PvP. Is it worth to start WoW just for the story?

Also i'm not a huge Warcraft fan, i did played a bit of orc campaign in WC2 and completed Human and Undead in WC3. I enjoyed Wc2 more than 3, i hated the rpg/rts mix in 3 and music in 2 was so much better.

How different is storytelling format in WoW form XIV?

Although that may be due to the fact that since 7.2.5, my DH (and my bank alt) have bugged animations. They slide around with their arms locked at their sides. It's not addons, and other people can see it (I confirmed this). I can find no info about it. And it only affected 2 of my characters.

WOW doesn't utilize GPUs like at all, its still a mainly CPU intensive game, and in new areas running on ultra you need something that runs at 3.8-4ghz in order to not lose frames.

Moon Guard is an awesome server for the community, but if you actually want to play the game it's fucking awful

There are only 2 guilds who actually do end game raiding and they're both shit

No one takes you seriously or invites you to groups because of how bad of a reputation Moon Guard has

The prices for everything are insanely high, due to the lack of people doing any actual content, flasks/food/enchants, you name it are insanely overpriced, 10k+ for certain gems

Tons of guild drama, people get offended by the smallest thing and most guilds end up disbanding

The RP scene sucks now, godmodding to the fucking max, everyone is either THE Ashbringer or Archdruid or secret son of Sargeras or some bullshit, it's stupid as fuck.
