so far i use

RHS
RDS civilian Pack(because RHS dosn't come with civ)
Project OPFOR(because RHS dosn't come with middle east units)
CUP Terrains

RDS and Project OPFOR dosn't work really great with TPW mod since it start spawning humvee and UN fuel trucks and some random guerilla truck with MG as civilian units.
