They do, but only too a point. Check the lateral g-force plot on the plots tab. Then check the vertical g-force plot. It should be pretty easy to figure out which part of the ride is fucking the ratings.

Those 3.34 lateral G's are probably what are doing it. Check the graph while doing a test run, see where that spikes. I'm guessing it's the turn after the second hill since you didn't bank it.

-too many tight turns, use normal or large.(always bank too)
-you want negative vert gs as well, go steep incline and steep decline a lot more.
-needs to be closer together too. If its spread out, it will have a lower excitement. If you build track next to each other or ontop of each other, it will be much higher.
