REmake. Can't say it's my absolute favorite, but I've lost count of how many times I've beaten it these last 15 years. At least several dozen times. It's a great download-go through the paces-delete type of game.
MGS3
5, I think
GTA SA

Sequel when

Speedrunner I'm guessing
>>383404617
Same, plus a shit ton of hours on either mta or samp servers
The campaign? I don't know maybe 5 or 6 times
I play it almost every 2 years. Reminds of better times.
Beaten probably around 10 times
>>383401153
Only twice, but I have played through the first disc probably around 10-15. I plan on completing another play through in order to get Excalibur II
>replaying games
>>383408627
This.
Way to ruin the experience, autismos.
>>383401153
It's a difficult question. Depends on the game, I think Theresia Dear Emile is one of the greatest games ever and I only beated once, and I love KH: BBS and I beated it 4 times.
>>383401153
GTA SA
16 times, but have never done a 100% playthrough

JA2
close to 200 if including speedruns, 50+ otherwise
I pretty much replay it every 2-3 months ever since it first came out.
Maybe 4/5 times will be more eventually, fucking great game
>>383408204

>>383401153
At least 10
GTA IV
8 or so, maybe 10
but isn't my fav game in a long time
>>383410502
What about movies/books that require multiple viewings to understand, like mulholland drive?
>>383410614
I usually get everything at first or read opinion-pieces that explain shit afterwards
The only way I can rewatch something is if I find the shit good, and it happens to be airing on a time im doing jackshit
about 30
>>383410502
The first time is the best but waiting and forgetting details then replaying you notice even more details.
>mfw playing RDR and didn't know music plaed when you got to Mexico and when you're about to reunite with John's family because a fucking cougar attacks me everytime
>>383401153
STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl
Finished it about 60 times using many different mods.
Fable.
Somewhere between 10 and 15
>>383401153
Legend of Dragoon
Somewhere around 40 times.
>>383410063
This. I just can't get enough of this shit. I wish there were more mods with new maps though.
>>383401153
FFVII
1 time way too many years ago that i don't even remember why its my favourite anymore
>>383408627
this
Pathologic.
I've actually only beaten less than 2/3rds of it: one entire scenario, got bit past half-way in the second and a bit past one third of the third character.
I wanted to bite it down and finally finish the other two scenarios, but the Marble Nest came out and I've decided to wait for the Remake to come out.
>>383401153
Depends on how you look at it
Persona 4
3 times. i'm halfway through Golden.
>>383410502
That must be sad. I have the opposite problem: I can usually enjoy MOST media multiple times and I frequently end up re-watching movies or re-reading books I've already finished, sometimes multiple times, instead of challenging myself to explore something new.
I guess it DOES actually depend a lot on what kind of fiction you do consume though. I think it might be that you just haven't come across some really good stuff yet - or maybe weren't quite able to appreciate it at that time. I might be a bit pathological in my desire to go back to things I already know, but then I can say with absolute certainity that things like stories by Borges are ABSOLUTELY warranting multiple read-throughs for everyone because they are just THAT GOOD.
Final Fantasy VII. 6 times with the last one coming this last February.
