The meta is currently pushing rush heroes with escapes and she doesn't fit too well with that. My problem is that the charge drops down so fast that you can't have a single shield not get hit and you have to throw them out almost on CD to get any use out of it. On the other hand I think she might have been too powerful before the nerf so there is definitely some tweaking needed there.
