Nah, it changed a lot since release and there's no more auction house bullshit.
The gameplay is overly streamlined and is basically a skinner box but I had fun playing it for a good while, it gets boring though.

as long as you have gear that roll within certain limitations you'll have optimal layout and unoptimal layouts. They already added two rings into the game that boost your power for every ancient legendary you have as long as you're not wearing any set items so non set builds have been very strong and very popular as long as that has been out.

I far prefer Diablo II but I really don't understand the issue with current Diablo III. It's inferior, sure, but people blow it out of proportion and seem to rely on removed mechanics to criticize it.

The art style is fucking terrible. Not every aspect of it, but most of it. It's almost impossible to make a character that doesn't look like a retarded anime faggot with giant shoulder pads and the like. Also, many of the enemies (specifically the larger ones) look like typical generic WoW trash.
