You can maybe expect people to port in pieces of STALKER armor/clothing and alter a few maps to be more like Chernobyl. Only using mod tools to make anomalies, mutants, artifacts and more complex NPC interactions is a wild leap that will either never happen or will take so long that the game is near the bargain bin by the time it happens anyway.
