TL;DR: Dion's contract with ZeniMax (Parent company of Bethesda, destroyer of games) essentially claimed that ZeniMax had to follow Dion's terms with the usage of the song, and since they did not, he is suing them. Apparently, Dion would have been fine with the song's usage in a trailer, if it had displayed a "post-apocalyptic struggle for survival without craven violence."
Personally, since I think Bethesda is fucking retarded with how it handled the game and there's a lack of intelligent moral dilemmas, plot, characters, quests, and et cetera, I would have actually liked to see something like in Fallout 2 or New Vegas where violence didn't have to always be the first answer. So I hope that ZeniMax loses, even though I know a million or so won't hurt them financially, I hope the attention it gets is enough to leave them a bruise.

War Never Changes
That's weird, he never complained with his usage of the song in Behind Enemy Lines. That move was pretty much craven violence.
I thought all the singers on the fallout 4 radio were dead.
Lol
FO4 needs more invisible walls and empty areas with no enemies plus a thousand quests that involve warping to an NPC to talk to complete it to be as deep as New Vegas
It's not going to get the license out of hands but I hope they lose considerable fortune from this.

Will anyone be surprised when Dion ends up having to pay Zenimax for filing a frivolous lawsuit?
This should have been the trailer desu
