someone explain to me why nobody ever made this as a mod for FONV

I'm guessing it's because the model would have to be made from scratch instead of just ported from the game since it only exists in pre-rendered cutscenes

Fallout 1 and 3 were even faster. It's the nature of the series. You're free to rush through the main quest, but that's not really what the game's for. The main quest in fallout games just kind of encourages exploration and builds the story.
