You can just skip the cost of software and pirate everything, including wii and gamecube games.

Platinum is somehow the best developer to grace the Wii U. Bayonetta 1/2 and W101 definitely pick those up.

unless you're looking to collect, just pirate that shit. look into the $200 refurbished consoles from nintendo's online store and see if that might be a better deal for you. they come with a one-year warranty. if you want to play wiiu sports club or wii games, you might want to grab a wiimote and nunchuck if you don't already have one.
