Good/Bad are relative terms.

7th gen Double Agent, Conviction and to a lesser extent Blacklist are bad Splinter Cell games when compared to the other games in the series.

They're not Thi4f or Hitman: Absolution bad, but they're sure as fuck nowhere near the quality of Chaos Theory.

One thing that I didn't like about nu-Splinter Cell, you can't do this.

only the first 3 are good the others moved away from sneaking around in the dark which is a shame

Not really, Thief is very open and very systems driven. Splinter Cell tends to be pretty linear stealth with a lot of scripted sequences. I like Splinter Cell but it's always placed a lot more emphasis on presentation over substance. Chaos Theory was the closest it got to Thief I'd say.

Conviction is one of the worst games I've played all the way through. So fucking dull.
