He provides a much cleaner, traditional artstyle that still looks unique enough without being dumb or extremely flashy. Kaneko's main issue is how similar everybody looks and the way he draws mouths and eyes

I personally find that he's way better than Kaneko in terms of pure craftsmanship, but Kaneko's sense of design simply makes him a better overall artist than Soejima.
